Is the palette Vegan and Cruelty-Free?

Yes and Yes! 

Is the palette Gluten-Free?

We encourage you to review the palette’s ingredients and confirm that none of them will pose a problem for you. That said, we can confirm that the facility we use does NOT produce any products containing gluten.

How many palettes can I order?

Due to the high demand and limited quantity, at this time we are only accepting orders of one palette per person. 

I’ve seen the palette on Ebay; how do I know if it’s real?

At this time, the ONLY way to guarantee you’re getting an authentic palette online is to purchase directly from us. 

I heard the palette is limited-edition. How can I make sure I get one before it’s permanently sold out?

It’s true - this Deluxe Edition of Carli’s palette is a Limited Edition and will not be reproduced when sold out.

 

ORDERING & SHIPPING

I purchased my palette and received a confirmation number. What happens next?

Congratulations—your order is confirmed!  Any additional items you ordered will be added to your package and shipped to you along with your Carli palette.   

When can you guarantee that my palette will arrive?

All of the shipping times and dates listed on our site are estimates and may vary based on your location.

How long will it take for me to get a tracking number after I place my order?

Once your palette has arrived in our warehouse, it may take up to four business days for your order to process. Your tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has finished processing.

How long will it take for my tracking number to become active?

This can take 2-4 business days for your tracking number to be active on USPS.com.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

I’m an international customer. Is there any additional information I should know?

All prices appear in US dollars. Additionally, depending on your country, customs fees may apply and the final cost of your package may be greater than the original shipping estimate. 

I’m an international customer; why is my order appearing in USD?

All prices appear in and are transacted in US dollars (USD) on our site. Your financial institution will convert all charges to your local currency based on current exchange rates; Pranava Beauty does not have any control over this process. If you have any further questions, contact your financial institution directly.

Why hasn’t my package arrived yet?

Once your package arrives in your country, it will go through customs before it can be delivered to you. Because every country’s process is different, we can’t provide an accurate estimate for how quickly you package will pass through customs—but we assure you that it’s on its way!
